How We Collect Reviews
Every review on futcoin.gg was written by a player after a completed coin order. Here is where they come from and how they get onto this site.
One order system for the whole network
Futcoin is part of a network of coin stores that share one order and support system. When an order is delivered, the buyer can leave a review, and it is saved in that system next to the order. The reviews you read on our reviews page come from there. They were written by players in the United States and in other countries after orders placed through the network's stores, including orders from before futcoin.gg opened in October 2026.
What the date on a card means
The date on each card is the day the review went up on futcoin.gg, not the day of the order. We add a few reviews every day instead of posting the whole list at once, so the newest cards are at the top of the page.
What each card shows
- The buyer's first name and the first letter of the last name, never more
- A small flag for the country the order was paid from
- The amount of coins and the platform of the order
- The star rating, exactly as the buyer gave it
- The text, exactly as it was typed: we don't fix spelling, shorten or rewrite anything
What we leave out
- Offensive language and anything that contains personal data
- Spam, and texts that repeat word for word
- Reviews that aren't about a coin order
- Reviews about Player Auction delivery, because checkout on this site doesn't offer it right now
Questions about a review
If you left a review and want it changed or taken down, or you think one was handled wrongly, write to [email protected] with the name on the card and the date it was published. Questions about an order go through the contact page instead.
