Refund Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back for an order placed through futcoin.gg. Payment is taken by our partner Onlyfarms on its storefront at onlyfarms.gg, so refunds are paid out through that same checkout, and the partner's own terms apply to them as well. Our Terms of Service cover everything else about an order.
When you get a refund
- Your order wasn't delivered. If none of the coins you paid for reach your club, you get a full refund.
- Only part of the order arrived. If delivery stops partway and can't be completed, you're refunded for the coins that didn't arrive, and you keep the ones that did.
- A delivery problem we can't fix. Our 72-hour guarantee applies to every order. When something goes wrong with a delivery, we first try to put it right. If we can't fix it within the guarantee, you receive a redelivery or a refund.
- We cancel your order. If we cancel an order before delivery begins, for example because the payment can't be verified, the full amount is returned.
When a refund isn't available
- The coins were delivered and used. Once coins are in your club and have been spent, or moved on through the transfer market, they can't be taken back out, so that part of the order can't be refunded.
- The delivery rules weren't followed. Delivery depends on you staying out of Ultimate Team while it runs and keeping your login details as they were. If you signed in during delivery, changed your EA password or backup codes in the middle of an order, or gave details that were wrong, we'll first work with you to sort it out and finish the order. A refund may not be possible for a loss these steps caused.
- A change of mind after delivery started. Once a delivery agent has begun moving coins, the order can't be canceled because you no longer want it. If you change your mind before that point, contact us straight away and we'll check whether the order can still be stopped.
What counts as delivered
An order is delivered when the coins are in the club of the EA account you named, as shown by your coin balance in the game or the Web App. Large orders can arrive in batches, so a partly filled balance during delivery doesn't mean something has failed. If you're told the order is complete but your balance doesn't reflect it, tell us right away and include your order number.
Asking for a refund
- Reach us in the 24/7 live chat or at [email protected].
- Give your order number and describe what happened: what arrived, what didn't, and roughly when.
- We check the order with the partner and reply with the outcome, which may be a fix, a redelivery or a refund.
Money from an approved refund returns along the route it came in: the partner's checkout sends it to the card you paid with. For an Apple Pay or Google Pay order, it lands on the card that sits behind that wallet.
How long a refund takes
Once a refund has been approved and issued, how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank and the card network, not on us. Some banks post refunds quickly while others take longer, and the amount may first appear as a pending credit. If it still hasn't shown up after your bank's usual processing time, write to us with your order number and we'll confirm when it was sent.
Disputes and chargebacks
Before you file a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, please give us the chance to look at the order. We can check it and fix it, or refund it, more directly than a bank dispute can. Reaching out to us first doesn't reduce any right your card issuer gives you. If a chargeback is filed on an order that was delivered in full, or is otherwise made in bad faith, we may refuse future orders.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when our service or our partner's checkout changes. Your order is handled under the version that was published here on the day you paid.
