Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains which personal information futcoin.gg handles, what it's used for and what choices you have. It covers this website and the messages you send us. Payment and delivery take place on our partner's storefront, which has a privacy policy of its own.

What we collect on this site

We keep what we hold about you to a minimum.

  • None of your payment data. Card numbers and Apple Pay or Google Pay details never pass through futcoin.gg. You enter them on the partner's checkout.
  • Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. These records keep the site running and protected from abuse.
  • Messages you send us. When you email us or use the contact page, we receive your email address, what you wrote and anything you chose to add, such as an order number or a screenshot.

You don't create an account on this site, and we don't place advertising trackers on it.

Data collected at checkout

When you continue to checkout, you leave futcoin.gg for the storefront of our partner Onlyfarms at onlyfarms.gg. Onlyfarms collects what it needs to take your payment and fulfill your order, such as your email address, billing details and order history, and it handles that data under its own privacy policy. We may receive order details from the partner, such as the order number, platform, amount and status, so that we can answer your questions and deal with guarantee or refund requests.

Your EA login and backup codes

Delivery by Comfort Trade needs access to your EA account. You enter your EA login and backup codes, or a one-time EA code, on the partner's order page, never on this site. Those details are used only to deliver the coins you ordered. We never need your PlayStation Network, Xbox or Steam password. As soon as delivery is complete, change your EA password; generating fresh backup codes is a sensible extra step.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses only the storage it needs to work, and our Cookie Policy lists each item.

How long we keep data

We keep information only while it serves the reason it was collected:

  • technical logs are held for a short time by our hosting provider and then removed on its own schedule;
  • messages and support conversations are kept while your question or order is open, and afterward for as long as we need them to handle follow-up claims, disputes or legal obligations;
  • anything else is deleted once it's no longer needed.

Who we share data with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and the service:

  • Onlyfarms, our checkout and delivery partner, when your question concerns an order;
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site and delivers its pages through its network;
  • Google, which serves the site's fonts and so receives your IP address when your browser requests them;
  • our email provider, which stores and carries the messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when it's needed to protect our users, our partner or ourselves from fraud.

Your privacy rights in US states

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you rights over your personal information. Residents of several other states have similar rights under their own privacy laws. Based on your state of residence, you may ask us to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we have it and who we share it with;
  • delete the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct personal information that is inaccurate;
  • opt out of the sale of your personal information or its sharing for targeted advertising.

We don't sell or share personal information in those ways, so there is nothing to opt out of today, though you're still welcome to send that request. Using any of these rights will not change how we treat you or your orders.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Say which right you want to use and, if it concerns an order, add the order number and your checkout email. We may ask for a detail or two to confirm the request comes from you. An authorized agent can also act for you with your signed permission. We'll respond within the time your state's law requires. For data held by our partner, we'll point you to the right contact or pass your request along.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we've received personal information from a child under 13, we delete it. A parent or guardian who thinks this has happened can write to [email protected] so we can act on it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to support messages is limited to the people who answer them. No system can be made completely secure, so please use a strong EA password that you don't use anywhere else, and change it after each delivery.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we'll update this page and the date shown at the top.
