Using futcoin.gg or ordering coin delivery through it means you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.

Who we are

futcoin.gg is run by Futcoin, a delivery service for EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team players in the United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Futcoin; "you" is whoever uses the site or places an order.

We have no checkout of our own. Orders are paid for and fulfilled on the storefront of our partner Onlyfarms at onlyfarms.gg, under its own terms and policies, which you accept there, as well as these. You can still bring any problem with an order placed through this site to us, and we'll take it up with the partner.

Who can order

To order on your own, you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you're younger, you may order only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms for you. The site and the service are not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly take orders from them. You also confirm that the EA account in your order is yours or used with its owner's permission, and that you're authorized to use your payment method.

What the service is

We sell a service: the work of delivering in-game coins for EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team to the club you name. The coins stay subject to EA's rules once they reach your club.

Futcoin is independent and not affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc., which does not endorse or support this service. EA's User Agreement prohibits buying coins from third parties, and EA may act on accounts it connects with such purchases, for example by removing coins, restricting features or suspending the account. Ordering means you understand this and take that risk on yourself. EA's decisions are outside our control, and we can't promise how EA will treat any account.

Orders and prices

Prices on futcoin.gg are shown in US dollars at our partner's own exchange rate, the rate a US buyer is charged at checkout. They follow the market and may shift until the moment you pay. You're charged the final total the partner's checkout shows before you confirm payment; any fee your own bank adds is between you and the bank.

An order is accepted once the partner confirms your payment. We may cancel an order before delivery begins if its details look wrong, the payment can't be verified or the order breaks these terms, and you then get the full amount back.

Delivery

Coins are delivered by Comfort Trade. After paying, you enter your EA login and backup codes, or a one-time EA code, on the partner's order page. An agent then works in your club through the Web App, adding the coins with ordinary transfer market trades, and signs out when done. Delivery usually takes 10–45 minutes; larger orders may come in batches. You agree to:

• give a correct EA login and working backup codes, and leave both unchanged until the order is finished;
• stay out of Ultimate Team on every device, the Web App and Companion App included, while delivery runs;
• answer our team if they need a fresh code or want a detail confirmed.

We never ask for your PlayStation Network, Xbox or Steam password. Changing your EA password after delivery is good practice.

Our 72-hour guarantee

Each order is backed by our 72-hour guarantee: if a delivery goes wrong, we put it right with a redelivery or, where that isn't possible, a refund. Coverage and the claim steps are on the guarantee page.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when an order is refunded in full or in part and how to ask. Approved refunds go back through the partner's checkout to the payment method you used.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with an order, please talk to us before you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer: a message to us is usually the quickest route to a fix. Contacting us first doesn't take away any right your card issuer gives you. If a chargeback is filed on an order that was delivered as agreed, or is otherwise made in bad faith, we may refuse future orders from you.

Prohibited use

The following are not allowed on the site or with the service:

• paying with a card or account you aren't authorized to use, or any other fraud;
• ordering delivery to an EA account you have no right to use;
• reselling our service, or presenting yourself as Futcoin or our partner;
• scraping the site in bulk, overloading it or probing it for weaknesses;
• breaking any law that applies to you.

We may refuse or cancel orders connected with any of these.

Limits of our liability

We work with reasonable care but can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:

• steps EA takes on your account, including coin removals, restrictions or suspensions;
• delays we couldn't reasonably prevent, such as EA server outages or downtime at our providers;
• problems caused by inaccurate details you gave or by skipping the delivery steps above;
• indirect losses, such as lost time or missed in-game opportunities.

Where we are responsible for a problem with an order, our liability is limited to redelivering the coins or refunding what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service, our partner's checkout or the law changes. The "Last updated" line above shows the current version, and an order falls under whichever version applied on the day you placed it.

Your rights as a consumer

The laws that apply to you as a consumer where you live are not limited by these terms. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
