Payment methods
Four ways to pay that US shoppers already know. Every payment runs on our partner's secure storefront, and the amount is in US dollars.
Visa
Use a Visa credit or debit card on the checkout page. Some banks add an approval step in their app or by text before the charge goes through.
Mastercard
Pay with a Mastercard credit or debit card. The dollar total is on screen before you confirm, so you know exactly what will be charged.
Apple Pay
Use Apple Pay on a supported iPhone, iPad or Mac. Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode approves it, and no card number gets typed.
Google Pay
Any card stored in your Google account works here, on Android or in the browser. Handy when you order from your phone between matches.
Rates in US dollars
All figures on futcoin.gg are shown in US dollars. Our partner converts its coin rates for US buyers at its own exchange rate, and this site displays them after that conversion, so the number you see here is the one checkout uses. When the partner's rate or the coin market changes, the figures here follow, so a number you noted yesterday may differ today. The checkout page always has the final word.
What happens at checkout
A buy button on this site sends you to the secure storefront of our partner Onlyfarms, with your platform and amount already filled in. There you choose a payment method and see the final amount before anything is charged. Check it, then confirm. Change your mind before that point and you can simply close the page: nothing is charged until you approve the payment. Once the payment goes through, the order page asks for the EA details that Comfort Trade delivery needs.
Your card details stay with the payment page
Card numbers, wallet details and billing information are typed on the partner's payment page and nowhere else. They never pass through futcoin.gg, and we never see them. Our support team has no reason to ask for card details, so please don't send them in chat or by email.
Refunds
When an order qualifies for money back, it returns to whatever you used at checkout, meaning the same Visa or Mastercard or the card linked to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank. The refund policy sets out when a refund applies.
What may appear on your statement
Because our partner takes the payment, your bank or card statement may show Onlyfarms rather than futcoin.gg. The exact wording depends on how your bank formats it. If you spot a charge you don't recognize, match its amount and date against your order email, and get in touch if something doesn't line up.
